Day Camp Registration Day Process

Day camp registration runs on Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. When you arrive at camp, you will park on our game field and be greeted by one of our junior staff. They will guide you up the hill to the dining hall and the main entrance. Registration happens in the dining room. Feel free to set your luggage down against one of the walls so you do not have to carry it through the registration process.

Check – in - you will start at the check-in station to get your registration sheet and health form if you did not fill one out in advance. You will be asked to update any contact information that has changed and review the people approved to pick-up your camper. Please also let the check-in staff know if you have any special times throughout the week that you will need to drop-off or pick-up your camper.

Then you will go from station to station in order around the room:

1. First Aid Table – go over any health concerns with the First Aid staff and turn in medications.

2. Lice Check – a staff member will check the camper for lice

(if lice is found, you will have the option of using supplies camp has on hand to treat your camper for lice in the first aid station and washing their clothing and bedding in the camp laundry machines at no charge.)

3. Wrist Bands – your camper will have a wrist band with their name, cabin, and swim number written on it.

4. Camper Photos and Emails – learn about or sign up for camper photo and email options

5. Camp Store – pick-up t-shirts and items that were pre-purchased or choose items to purchase. Confirm amount of money to put in the camp store for your camper and let the camp store manager know about any special dietary needs or restrictions.

6. Payment Table – pay the balance due on your registration. If you have paid the full amount in advance and did not make any changes on your registration, the camp store manager will instruct you to skip this table.

Meet your counselors! - The head counselor will greet you at the doors going out to the deck and bring you out to meet your counselors and cabin mates. Each cabin will have a table on the deck and will be working on coloring a banner for their cabin while they wait for the entire cabin to arrive. Please share with your camper’s counselor any information about your camper that will help them have a successful week at camp.

Check-in is done! Give your camper a hug and tell them you will see them at 4:30pm!

Pick-up and drop-off the rest of the week will be at the Tent in the game field. Each cabin will have a table outside the tent with the campers' belongings on it.

At pick-up, you will need to sign out your camper with their counselor.

At drop-off, you do not need to sign them in, a camp staff member will be checking off a roster as the campers arrive.
