Dear Friends and Family,

I am going to be in twelfth grade next year, and I can’t wait! I love the outdoors, and I like to go out in the wilderness and explore everywhere (but I dislike mosquitoes). I really like lakes and activities like swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hanging out with friends, sailing and more! But what I love most is God. I won't be working as much this year because I am doing marching band this summer! It's going to be busy, but it will be fun!

This summer I have an amazing opportunity to serve Him as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. My summer started in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Now, I will serve for 3 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a Counselor and Program Staff and I will be helping with activities like canoeing, disc golf, and sailing!

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $1,600 by August 1^st. 

Would you please consider making a financial gift towards this goal? In addition, would you commit to praying for me regularly during this summer as I share the Good News and love of Jesus with campers?
