Financial gifts are essential in providing a place of ministry and keeping camper fees affordable. All gifts are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a gift receipt.

Camp Ministry Fund – supports the ongoing expenses of ministry

Building Fund – supports the improvement and growth of the camp facilities
Missionary Staff Support – provides the salaries of the year-round staff

Camp Ministry Fund

The Camp Ministry Fund supports the ongoing expenses of the camp including utilities, office expenses, insurance, advertising, and professional support. Camp Oak Hills needs $3,000 per month of regular support to meet the operational expenses and provide cash flow for growth and development. Please consider making Camp Oak Hills a regular part of your giving on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. 

Camper Scholarship Fund

Circumstances in any family can get in the way of a child coming to camp. We want kids to come to Camp Oak Hills so they can spend time in an environment that helps them come to know Christ and grow in their relationship with God. The Camper Scholarship Fund makes it possible for campers to experience this!

One mother wrote, “Thank you so much for giving to the Lord through the scholarship fund. Money is very tight, and with four children who all want to go to camp, it becomes almost impossible without your help. My daughter had a fantastic week, and I am confident that she made great gains in her personal walk with the Lord. Thank you for your part in making that possible.”

Each summer, around 100-125 campers receive assistance from the scholarship fund to attend camp, totaling on average $18,000-$20,000.

Building & Equipment Fund


All remodeling and new construction of camp buildings is funded outside of the camper operational budget through the support of interested who value the need for quality facilities and a passion for the future ministry of Camp Oak Hills.


The vision of Camp Oak Hills is to be a year-round camp ministry to the youth, adults, and families of northern Minnesota in order to develop and equip life-long  followers of Jesus Christ.


In order for this vision to become a reality, the current camp facilities need to be upgraded, new buildings built, and added equpment.
