Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Matthew Westlund and I hope you’re having a great spring with summer coming just around the corner! I have now finished 10^th grade and am planning on doing full time PSEO college classes in the fall. Right now, I teach private piano and violin lessons and I play piano and guitar on our church Worship Team. I really enjoy hanging out with my family and friends and am excited to go fishing this summer with my dad.

This summer I have an amazing opportunity to work at Camp Oak Hills as the Camp Store Manager. In addition to this, I will be helping out in other areas of camp as needed, primarily in program areas and in the kitchen. My summer will start in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Then, I will serve all summer into August. I am very excited to have this experience and to work alongside other Christians and work with kids each week.

Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me in this ministry opportunity? To enable camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible, I am required to raise funds for my portion of staff salary in camp ministry expenses. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. My support goal is to raise $4,000 by August 1^st . Would you consider making a financial gift toward this goal? I would love it if you would pray for me all summer as well as I share the Good News and love of Jesus to campers.
