Dear Friends & Family,

I am a junior in high school, I love God, and I love being in His wonderful creation doing active things like fishing, camping, and running. I am home schooled and run cross country and track for Bemidji High School. I love music, and one of my favorite things to do is talk. I enjoy talking about Star Wars, random facts, history, and telling others about my Lord and Savior.



For the last three summers, I have worked at Camp Oak Hills. Last summer, I served as Program Staff running the challenge course. This summer, yet again, I have an amazing opportunity to serve as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. Praise the Lord! My summer will start in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Then, I will serve for 6 weeks investing in the lives of campers as Program Staff. Simply, that means I will be a co-counselor in a cabin while also leading the challenge course skills class in the mornings.

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $2,000 by August 1st. This will allow me to put money towards saving for a car. Beyond that, my expenses are very minimal.

Would you please consider making a financial gift toward this goal? Equally important, would you commit to praying for me regularly during this summer as I share the Good News and love of Jesus with campers? Some specific things you could pray for are:

-Patience with my fellow staff and campers

-The ability to give the proper love, grace, and attention to each of my campers

-That I will grow in my faith

-For the opportunity to help others in their relationship with Christ
