Dear Friends & Family,

Hello! I just finished my junior year of high school and I’m looking forward to senior year! I have volunteered at Camp Oak Hills for one year on the SOS (Serving Others Selflessly) Team and I am now working on my second summer on Program Staff. This year, I’m looking forward to ministering with campers this summer and seeing how past campers have grown throughout the school year.

I have an amazing opportunity to serve as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills for another summer. My summer started in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Now, I will serve for 6 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a Program Staff member. This consists of me helping as a co-counselor in a cabin, along with assisting in a program area. My program area this summer is photography. I’m excited to learn a new skill as a photographer as I’m considering pursuing it as a career! I can’t wait to see how God works within us throughout the summer!

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $1,500 by August 1^st.
