Dear Friends & Family,

Hello! I just finished my junior year of high school and my first year of PSEO. I have been working at Qdoba and tutoring in my spare time. It’s been busy, but also very rewarding. I also had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Mexico with my church. It was awesome being able to experience a new culture and to see how God is working around the world.

This summer I have an amazing opportunity to serve as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. This will be my third year working at camp, and I’m super excited to meet the campers and see how God works in their lives over the summer. My summer will start in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Then, I will serve for 6 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a program staff member. I will be a co-counselor in a cabin and will also assist in a program area such as crafts, canoeing, or the challenge course.

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $1,500 by August 1.
