Dear Friends and Family,

I am now in my senior year of high school. As you may know, I was quite ill with another bout of PANDAS a couple of years ago, but by the grace of God, I am mostly recovered. This past year, I have been doing PSEO at Oak Hills Christian College while taking care of our farm, helping manage my younger siblings, and searching the Bemidji area for rare birds.

This summer I have an amazing opportunity to serve as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. My summer started in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Now, I will serve for 6 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a cabin counselor, ministering to a group of about ten campers each week.

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $2,000 by August 1^st.

Would you consider making a financial gift towards this goal? In addition, would you please commit to praying for me regularly during this summer as I share the Good News and love of Jesus with campers?
