COFA Fish Camp, Sept 17-22

COFA (Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America) is offering the getaway of a lifetime in the great state of Minnesota. You will experience some of the greatest walleye fishing in the US located in the heart of North Central Minnesota, plus some great scenery and fellowship. This trip is open to singles and couples!

Come to the Northern Minnesota Lakes region for a Fall Retreat with COFA. We will be lodging in cabins and dining at Camp Oak Hills on Lake Marquette south of Bemidji, MN (home to Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox). The local lakes we will fish hold some of the nation’s largest walleye, northern pike, and muskellunge. You will get a chance to fish, trade stories, and take some great pictures.

This is a great way to encourage the anglers in your church and community to get involved with an outreach that shares the gospel in the great outdoors. COFA is a national outdoor ministry that partners with churches and helps promote the gospel while using nature as a ministry tool. Many outdoor enthusiasts will never darken the door of a church. However, when getting to know them in an outdoor setting enjoying their hobbies, then all bets are off. As a result, many will come to know the Lord because a believer took an interest in them.

At COFA Fall Retreat you will:

  • Catch Fish and become a better angler (unless you only sit on the dock and drink the really good camp coffee).
  • Grow in your relationship with God. Moving forward from wherever you are in your spiritual journey (Again your choice).
  • Be a part of meeting and making some potential life-time outdoors friends.
  • Probably get out-fished by Dan (At one point last year we had 5 Dans in camp. A couple of them are really good).
  • Eat great food and enjoy some great fish fries from our catches.
  • Come away with more than this list.

Couples:
• Full Retreat $600
• Weekend $375

Singles:
• Full Retreat $350
• Weekend $200

You can bring your boat, share a boat, or borrow a camp pontoon! 
Cost of a fishing license and your personal gear is your responsibility. 
$100 deposit per person (subtracted from your total fees due upon arrival)
