Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Benjamin Eastling, and I have worked at Camp Oak Hills for the last three summers, serving two years on our Junior Staff team and one year as a Program Staff. I have also enjoyed helping with different retreats at camp throughout the year. Outside of camp, I enjoy doing Shotokan karate, participating in our church youth group, and in a Trail Life troop where I am an officer. 

This summer I have an amazing opportunity to serve as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. My summer will start in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Then, I will serve for 5 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a member of the program staff team, which means I will help in a cabin with campers and also help with running one of our activities at camp. 

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $1,000 by August 1^st. 

Would you please consider making a financial gift towards this goal? In addition, would you commit to praying for me regularly during this summer as I share the Good News and love of Jesus with campers?
