Dear Friends & Family,

I am about to finish 11^th grade, and I am super excited! This was my first year doing PSEO and it was difficult, but also great. In March, I had an amazing opportunity to go on a mission’s trip with a local church to Ensenada, Mexico, and that was a great experience and something that I had never done before. I can’t wait for camp to start up again! This year has flown by super fast; I feel like I just wrote last year’s letter. This year, my role at camp is going to change a little bit. I have the opportunity to be a lifeguard during free-time. The thing I am most excited about is getting back with the kids, ministering to them, and seeing how some of the returning campers have grown from last year, as well as hearing how God has moved in their lives. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for this summer!

I have the amazing opportunity to be back serving as a summer missionary at Camp Oak Hills. My summer will start in early June with an intensive two-week training period. Then, I will serve for 6 weeks investing in the lives of campers as a program staff member. I will get to be a co-counselor in a cabin, and I will be leading the canoeing skills class. I will also be a lifeguard this summer. 

The focus of my letter is to ask you to partner with me in this ministry opportunity. My position will involve a combination of a paid salary and raised support. This enables the camp to remain financially accessible to as many campers as possible. My support goal is to raise $1,500 by August 1^st.
